By placing an order you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and also the content of the postage & delivery and returns policy pages , please read in full prior to purchase, thank you.

DELIVERY:
Due to size/weight/total value and other factors, we may occasionally need to UPGRADE the delivery service at our discretion.
The delivery service will never be downgraded. Because of this a signature may be required on delivery for any purchase.
Although most of our items are small enough to be scanned & posted through a letterbox without disturbing you or needing you to be in to accept the delivery, if for any reason delivery is not possible, the courier/Royal Mail may try to deliver to a neighbour instead. By placing an order you are agreeing to accept this as part of the terms & conditions of this transaction.
We cannot post to P.O. Box, BFPO, Parcel Forwarder/Storage/Parcel Unit/Locker addresses of any type.
The express postage option applies to most, but not all UK postcodes.
Courier surcharges may apply to certain UK postcodes – please check with us before buying in any of these cases.

Whilst deliveries are normally fast, they can take up to 15 working days (UK) / 25 working days (International) if delayed. The 15 / 25 working day delivery times reflect the service that is included as part of your order. Weekends, public holidays and strike days are not classed as working days. Please be aware that false and/or early claims for non-receipt of an item or items without allowing the full advised delivery time here to elapse will be considered extortion & unreasonable buyer behaviour and the buyer may be permanently blocked from placing further orders.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at point of payment as it cannot be changed without incurring an charge after the payment has been confirmed.

International delivery only: Combining of postage costs is rarely necessary as all our postage charges are set at less than the actual cost so you will automatically save on every item purchased, not just additional items.
To get the maximum potential combined postage discount, please order everything you need in one transaction using the cart system.
If any further saving can be made we will automatically refund this back to you when the order is processed - please feel free to contact us for full details prior to purchase if required.
IMPORTANT: If you do not wish to have orders combined please inform us in advance of placing your orders because we will combine postage costs whenever possible by default (as detailed above).
Deliveries to AUSTRALIA & CANADA must have the 'addressee identification reference number' included in the 'message to seller' box as you go through checkout. This is a requirement of your governments. Without it your delivery may be returned or destroyed for which we cannot be held responsible if you have not provided this information.

PRICES:
The prices shown on our website are in £ sterling.
Payment in full must accompany your order, which can be made online via SSL secure server.

PACKAGING:
Items may not come with retail packaging for various reasons including keeping postage costs down.

PART NUMBERS/PRODUCTS:
If there is no MPN displayed (Manufacturers Part Number), the product may be part of an originally larger product, made up of multiple individual components or has been modified, altering it from how it was originally manufactured therefor in all of these cases there is no MPN in existence for the item as it is being sold (electrical items will not be modified). We urge buyers to check the full listing details carefully, assume that what is shown is all that is included (unless otherwise mentioned in the listing), if you feel the picture or anything in the listing is unclear please check with us and ask any questions prior to purchase to avoid possible problems. All dimensions quoted are approximate and for guidance purposes only.

SUITABILITY/SAFETY:
Please note that due to the nature of some of the products we sell you must be over 18 to use them. By placing an order you are confirming you are the consumer/end user and are over 18 years of age and will handle/store/operate any item purchased from us safely.

VAT:
UK buyers: if a VAT invoice is required please message us through Ebay before or immediately after paying.
Non-UK buyers: No VAT is charged by us at point of purchase. Your country may add charges upon import, these are beyond our control.

We urge buyers to check the full listing details carefully, assume that what is shown is all that is included (unless otherwise mentioned in the listing), if you feel the picture or anything in the listing is unclear please check with us and ask any questions prior to purchase to avoid possible problems.

When using our online ordering facility, rest assured that all credit and debit card transactions are completed securely at Paypal. At no time do we have access to your card or bank details. If you have any concerns or questions about ordering online, please contact us or Paypal.

COMPLAINTS:
JK-RC will endeavour to respond to complaints Next Working Day, but guarantee to respond within five working days.

CLAIMS & REMEDIES:
In the unlikely event that a product is damaged in transit or appears to be faulty or defective on arrival, please retain the product in its original packaging then, please inform us immediately by email at the 'Contact Us' tab on the homepage. If the product is proved to be faulty upon return to us the item will be replaced if in stock or refunded if out of stock.
Damage caused through neglect, accident and/or misuse, no claim will be entertained. 

FORCE MAJEURE:
JK-RC shall not be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, strike, lock-out, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, tempest or other event beyond our control.

STATUTORY RIGHTS:
Your statutory rights are not affected.

DATA PROTECTION:
The personal information with which you provide us will be safeguarded by JK-RC and not used or sold to any third party.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Information collected at the time of ordering, or requesting any information from JK-RC is purely for our own use & collected lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information is only collected for the purpose of fulfilling orders and will not be sold to or used by any other third parties.
We may however from time to time send marketing material or product information via email to existing JK-RC customers.
