Most Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within 14 working days after the day you receive the item.
If you are a private consumer you have the right to cancel your purchase at any time within fourteen days of receipt for a refund of the original purchase price of the item. Buyers are responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return, just as they would be if they had to return an item to a High Street retailer. You must inform us in writing and return the item(s) to us immediately in the exact same condition that you received it/them in (this is a legal requirement) and at your own cost and risk. If you do not return goods within 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will expire.
Due to the nature of the products we sell and the possibility for them to be damaged on first use, only items with faults inherent at the time of manufacturing will be accepted as faulty under the returns policy (please also see 'additional important information' paragraph below). For this reason we strongly recommend thoroughly checking all products over upon receipt and in the case of models, testing their operation off the ground prior to use on the ground to identify any existing faults as these only would be covered by any 'not fit for purpose' type claims. In addition this policy specifically excludes faults caused by modification, accident, neglect, and misuse. Goods received back incomplete or damaged due to modification, accident, neglect or misuse will be returned to the customers at their own cost. We request that faults are reported within a reasonable time of sevens days of receipt. General service & maintenance is considered part of the hobby and this type of work is not covered in any circumstance once a model has been used.
Customers are responsible for their own choice of product and the suitability for any particular purpose. By purchasing our products you are agreeing to be able to operate these products correctly and safely. Correct usage and operation of the items includes pre-use mechanical and safety checks required to test that an item is functioning correctly BEFORE USE and regularly thereafter. Any electrical item is potentially dangerous and should be treated with the upmost care & attention. Never leave batteries unattended, especially LiPo's during charging, always follow safety precautions & guidelines, if you are unsure about any aspect of safety with electrical items please seek expert advice.
We are a business so we conform with the sale of good act and distance selling regulations which are in place to protect you, the consumer.
