Please check pictures carefully as they make up the bulk of the description. We believe this has only been used by Parma as their own trade show display piece (we bought the entire Parma display collection several years ago), however the gear has grease on it so it may have had a very limited amount of use at some point many years ago. Please note the steering has been built with a single long threaded shaft for use as a display chassis only as shown.
