500mah output - divide your battery's mah capacity by the mah output of the charger to get the approximate charge time from fully flat e.g. a 2000mah battery would take 4 hours.

The output voltage on these types of charges is slightly higher than the battery voltage it is designed to charge - this is normal.

Never leave a battery charging unattended!!
